DISPATCH

A flat rate fee of R150 is charged for shipping to all areas in South Africa.

Orders will only be processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.

• The processing of your order may take up to 1 – 2 business days before it is ready for collection by our courier partner.
• The delivering of your order may take up to 3 – 5 business days, depending on your area and stock availability.

Delivery services only operates from Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.

COURIER PARTNERS

We utilize the services of The Courier Guy as our preferred method of delivery for all areas excluding rural areas. We may use the services of postnet to postnet for these areas.

All deliveries/shipments are made utilizing the “economy service” for all items which cannot be air freighted i.e.

• Rifles (Includes paintball, airsoft, BB’s and pellet)
• Pistols (Includes paintball, airsoft, BB’s and pellets)
• Gas, gas bottles (whether empty or full)
• Knives, axes, swords and any other product which falls under this category.
• Batteries of any kind

TRACKING

Once the delivery has been logged and fetched by our courier partner/s, we will inform you of the tracking number and the orders can be tracked from there relevant platforms.
